| Seoul-based architecture and art practice Planning Korea has unveiled their design for a seaside resort hotel, to host visitors to the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. | Luxelake Parcel 9 is a high-end residential development built around a man-made lake in the rolling hills outside of Chengdu, China. It offers contemporary luxury living in three striking penthouse towers and a mid-rise bar building perched atop a parking structure, all surrounded by personal boat docks. A manicured greenbelt stretches between the towers and connects them to a pedestrian walkway and the main boulevard below.
