In the heart of Heusden centre, Cordeel from Hoeselt is building the Kapellehof residential project consisting of 37 apartments and commercial spaces. Each apartment has a spacious terrace, most of which are indoor and south-facing. Thanks to the large terrace windows, all apartments enjoy plenty of natural light. The project was located in the Evin–Darakeh neighborhood of Tehran. The architectural team, led by Shervin Hosseini and colleagues, was confronted with a central challenge: how to design a residential complex with diverse duplex units on a compact, steeply sloped site, while minimizing any obstruction to the pedestrians' visual access from the upper street toward the southern cityscape. >>>
