Schönbichl is a residential project featuring three buildings with 70 apartments and small office spaces in St. Johann in Tirol, Austria. It reinterprets traditional alpine architecture using contemporary shapes, local materials, and a strong emphasis on capturing panoramic mountain views. Around 60% of the site remains as a semi-public park and private gardens to strengthen ties with the alpine surroundings. South-facing facades maximize natural light and vistas toward the Kitzbüheler Horn, while north sides frame the Kaisergebirge mountains.
