Ava Center has been constructed with the total possible building area of 33,700 square meters, in 16 levels, 6 levels below ground and 10 levels above. The 3 through 6 levels below ground, as well as levels 2 through 7, with the total area of approximately 19,500 square meters, have been allocated for the specific use of parking levels. The first and second levels below ground, ground level, and first level, with the area of 7,600 square meters, have been apportioned to the commercial spaces.
