| Developed to promote a better relationship between people, workspace and the urban spaces, the 60m tall boutique corporate tower is smaller than the current enterprises under construction in São Paulo, but stands out by the façade, that brings together fair-faced concrete, wood and abundant greenery in a disruptive design, nothing like the usual glass towers all over the city.
