| This project called for the design of a new luxurious residential development; it takes advantage of the site's unobstructed waterfront and creates a special sense of urban exclusivity. To harmonise with the waterfront and the hill ridge, the 9 towers are arranged in a wavy form of three clusters. A 5-storey-high sky garden in each cluster adds volumetric interest to the overall form as well as enhancing the visual permeability. The deposition accentuates the panoramic waterfront scene which also makes a distinguished architectural statement for the external elevation. >>> |
