Mazatlan Museum by Fernando Romero, Mexico
The UFO shaped Mazatlan Museum in Mexico, a futuristic institution dedicated to the culture, with a historical and anthropological perspective. Mazatlan Museum in Mexico designed by Fernando Romero Enterprise (FR-EE). The design is inspired in the forms of an oyster with the pearl at the center. Laid out around a court, the building is elevated and rises four levels. The roof has a geodesic dome and the facades incorporate solar panels. Construction is to begin in 2016. >>>
