The Ministry of Health in Turkey engaged OWP/P and NKY to provide consulting services on the planning and design of a new 2,600 bed hospital in Etlik, just outside of the center of the capitol city of Ankara. The 600,000 sq m new construction facility, which is designed using a PPP model, is the first large-scale project in the Ministry of Health’s re-imagination of the public health system.
