Silverstein Properties unveiled today a Robert A. M. Stern Architects’ design for a new 912-foot tower at 99 Church Street in Lower Manhattan. The limestone and cast stone building will house a 175 room Four Seasons Hotel in the first 22 floors with residential units located above. The hotel entrance on Barclay Street will lead visitors into four floors of lobbies, lounges, a restaurant, ballrooms, meeting facilities spa, fitness center and pool.
