200 Central Park South, New York, United States

220 Central Park South is a residential skyscraper currently under construction, located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, which was designed by American architect Robert A. M. Stern.

The tower will be located along Central Park South, West of 432 Park Avenue. On March 21, 2014, it was announced that the tower will stand 1,031 feet tall. 220 Central Park South will have 65 floors, and will include 150 units. Completion is expected in 2016. When completed, the tower will be the tenth tallest building in New York City, slightly shorter than Four World Trade Center. >>>
