Ilot de l'Octroi is a new 8,200 sq.m. residential development part of the Rennes 2030 urban project. The multi-level curved façades of these residencies take inspiration from rock formations – playing with geometry, colours and materials. The project will contribute to transforming Octroi into a green union between existing paths along the Ille and Vilaine rivers, and the centre of the city. >>> |
