A modern duplex designed for winter vacations and summer bike weekends.
Simple, clean lines with triple pane windows to take in the mountain views was key. The focus was on good use of space and economical design features to ensure energy efficiency and comfort for guests. Split over three levels allowed for a large functional entryway, mudroom and powder room as well as garage with access and the ability to store all the gear! The second level is a large open kitchen, living and dining room with patio space and views to relax after a hard day playing outdoors. Up to the third level for private guest bedrooms and bathrooms in order to recharge comfortably.
