SPARK's design proposal for Tangdao Bay captures the idea of old-fashioned seaside sensibilities in a modern architectural setting to create a new city quarter for new residents, visitors and water sports enthusiasts; the creation of an extraordinary new address and city destination for living, playing and relaxation in Qingdao. The master plan comprises three discreet development parcels with cascading high-end luxury residential apartments, private and hotel villas and clubhouse combined with public promenades and squares that are comfortable and have the human scale of the classic turn-of-the-century seaside resort.
