Paper Smith is a building of transformation. Transformation of the industrial heritage, transformation of the Yarra River riparian landscape and transformation of materials. The building is robust and confident. Subtle variation across the surface of the building animate the façade. A simple glass volume defines the upper levels of the building. The building embodies the transformation of Yarra Bend.
