Shangtiancun Commertial Plots, Wenzhou, China

In a newly designated area of the city of Wenzhou, China, the project mainly consists of a development of two plots for commercial use. The fundamental characteristic of the site is that both plots are oriented towards a small lake which integrates with urban parkland. The different volumes successfully interact with the public space to generate a vibrant and dynamic environment to promote commercial activity whilst ensuring that it expresses a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for passersby.
