Designed by Dallas-based HDF, the Class AA office tower features 22 floors totaling 220,548 RSF of office and over 14,000 RSF of retail and restaurant space. The ground level of the building will feature over 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with adjacent gardens and outdoor seating. These gardens are continued on the 10th, 16th and 17th levels featuring floor to ceiling glass with expansive views.
