Inspired by the silhouette of mountain ranges in a thirteenth-century Chinese painting, this shopping mall features interlocking massing and bronze concave rooflines that extend the beauty of nearby landforms. The project breaks up boundaries between the indoors and outdoors to create an integrated retail environment. Contemporary architecture intertwines with lush greenery, running water and generous open spaces for an immersive visitor experience oriented by views, landscapes and activities.
