As the "gateway" to Dubai's Downtown and Business Bay area, this prominent site required an elegant design, combining one residential tower (287m high, 66 floors), and one office tower, (326m high, 65 floors). Neighboring the low-rise zoning on Sheikh Zayed Road before the site, the development further stands out as a 'book-end' to the Skyline of downtown Dubai, with an iconic silhouette.
