JEMB Realty Corporation (JEMB), a real estate development, investment and management organization headquartered in New York (Manhattan) has announced that world renowned architecture firm, FXFOWLE, has signed a 40,000 square foot, 15 year lease at its newest commercial development – One Willoughby Square (One Willoughby) – in Downtown Brooklyn. FXFOWLE is the design architect for the 500,000 sq ft, 34 story office building and will now also be the anchor tenant of One Willoughby.
