A new component for the city's harbour: For our claim to connect the location more strongly to the city, we offer urban density and a maximum of public space. Our goal is to create a diverse mixture of uses and highly flexible and differentiated possible accommodation types. Restaurants, galleries, studios, shops and co-working spaces on the lower levels provide a lively frequency, while small studios, 3- to 4-bedroom apartments and lofts attract singles, couples, families, best agers and students as residents. Common areas such as terraces are integrated on all levels and complement the private outdoor spaces provided for each apartment.
