MVRDV's plans for a 31,000m2, 13-floor high building in Lódz, Poland, integrate into the recently developed surroundings with a distinct glazed brick and glass façade, surrounding a new plaza. The project was commissioned by Invest Company and it will break ground this summer with completion slated for 2020.
