The Urban Oasis is a unique mixed-use development comprising of office, hotel, retail and residential components within a garden setting. The integral design implementation of sustainable technologies constitutes the driving force behind the design. The two high rise structures - an office tower and a mixed-use residential and hotel tower - are designed as slender volumes.
