Chongqing Hi-Tech Light of the North Office, Chongqing, China

Located in Liangjiang New District, Chongqing, the project is a landmark office tower with a retail podium. The tower will be around 160-180 metres tall with exclusive views of Chonqing city. The design responds to the concept of 'Light of the North'. Retail will be directly linked to the existing shopping centre by the underpass at western side of the plot. Retail buildings will be clustered in a large-scale public plaza in the south of the plot and will create diversified outdoor spaces.
