Covering approximately 800,000 sq.m., Ningbo New World is a project of massive undertaking and the modern scheme will feature an impressive and considerate combination of mixed-use development and open spaces.

The incredible 107,000 sq.m. K11 Art Mall is set to make Ningbo New World a retail icon. The masterplan will also introduce a new addition to the already distinctive silhouette of the city; a 250m mixed-use tower featuring a 6-Star Rosewood Hotel and super Grade A office towers, a 120m convertible office tower, two creative office towers, and eight residential complexes complete with leisure retail at the podium level.
