Waves at Bayside condominium, Toronto, Canada

3XN's proposal of the Waves at Bayside condominium, which is located by Lake Ontario, arranges the towers so that they don’t block the lake views of the surrounding buildings. The two buildings are 60 and 59 meters high and they provide balconies for each occupant. The undulating terraces are a "reflection of the waves across Lake Ontario" as 3XN declared.
