35 Long Tower, Cape Town, South Africa

dhk architects has unveiled proposals for an elegant new office development, 35 Lower Long, situated in Cape Town's growing Foreshore precinct. Designed for land owner Ellerine Brothers and developers Abland, the new tower replaces a lower building designed in the late eighties. The building will provide 13,470 sq m of premium office space and 334 sq m of retail, and will be completed early 2020.
