Located at the signalized intersection of Jefferson Blvd. and National Blvd., (W)rapper will be the first "creative" high rise office building in Los Angeles. The project site sits adjacent to the Jefferson/La Cienega stop of the Expo Light Rail Line making the tower site readily accessible by surface rail. The height of the project in relation to the low surrounding buildings gives this freestanding ribbon structure enormous prominence in the Los Angeles skyline.
