QC Residences, Melbourne, Australia

QC is a mixed use residential-commercial development on the site of a significant heritage building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, Equity Chambers. Over time the site has held significance to different communities in Melbourne especially its legal fraternity. This heritage building was the first purpose built legal chambers in Melbourne. The Bourke Street façade and portico have a strong presence and within there are original ornate foyers, banking chambers and timber-lined boardrooms that remain intact.
