Plans for a mixed-use scheme in Los Angeles, which will incorporate housing, offices and public spaces within a giant concrete framework have been released by Bjarke Ingels Group. The new development is planned for an empty site by the LA River and is part of the masterplan for the area drawn up by Frank Gehry.
