The Martlets Shopping Centre, Burgess Hill, England (3D animation)

Mid Sussex District Council has approved plans for a scheme by NewRiver Retail to revitalise the Martlets Shopping Centre in Burgess Hill. Designed by Corstorphine + Wright, the development will include a 10 screen Cineworld Cinema, a 63 bed Travelodge hotel, 142 residential units, a purpose-built modern library and an additional 50,000 square feet of retail space.
