54-story skyscraper by Zaha Hadid, Melbourne, Australia

A development application which would see a 54 level mixed-use tower built at 582-606 Collins Street has been lodged with the Planning Minister on behalf of proponent Landream. The lead architect has been named as Zaha Hadid working in collaboration with St. Kilda Road-based Plus Architecture.

The site sits between the recently completed 568 Collins Street and Liberty Tower (620 Collins Street) on the Collins and Spencer Street intersection.
