Placed a new residential complex will 7Hills Residences in Nizami district of Baku - in parallel with the Heydar Aliyev Avenue Street Dawood Aslan. According to project architect Mario Palmonella, besides Baku, 7Hills project was implemented in Moscow, Rome, Istanbul, San Francisco, Jerusalem and other cities.

The whole complex will include 2400 apartments. In addition, more than 77% of the building set aside for green spaces, the courtyard will occupy 30 sq. m. The official opening of the complex in September 2017.
