Designed by Design International, Avenues Mall Silicon Oasis will be situated at the ‘Dubai Silicon Oasis’ site, a 7.2 km² incentivisation zone in Dubai. The Dubai Silicon Oasis site features a modern technology park which is located off Emirates Road, in an affluent part of Dubai. The world class facilities are home to over 700 companies and institutes, as well as two residential gated communities; the Cedre Village and the Semmer Villas.
