HKR Architects have been appointed by Aldar Developments to perform the role of Lead Design Consultants

for the prestigious Mixed Use Abu Dhabi Plaza project in the new capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana. The project will incorporate the tallest tower in the CIS.
