ONG&ONG have put forth their design for a seven-storey complex as part of an initiative to revitalise Bedok town centre. The vision is to create a centre which integrates vital community services under one roof. It will combine a community club, sports and recreation centre, public library, polyclinic, and a care centre for older people.

The complex is to be completed in 2017 and will become an architecturally distinctive community building that is sustainable, a truly integrated lifestyle building.
