KAFD World Trade Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Riyadh Investment Company, the building's owner, has commissioned Gensler and builder Saudi Bin Laden Group, winners of an international design competition, to create an iconic architectural landmark within the new the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). At more than 300 meters, this tower aims to appeal to small- and medium-sized tenants seeking the prestige of facilities typically associated with a global headquarters.
