Quarza mixed-use development, Melawati, Malaysia

Quarza is a mixed-use, bio-climatically responsive development in Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was envisioned by Broadway Malyan Limited, for Sime Darby Property. The organic look of the building was inspired by the surrounding geography: the Quartz Ridge formations in Melawati. The project features three, 24-story apartment towers, retail and A-class office facilities. Quarza will have a total gross floor area of 66,350 m².
