Rabat Agdal Train Station, Rabat, Morocco (3D animation)

Following the conclusion of a recent design competition, where no winners were selected, dutch practice Mecanoo has revealed

their proposed design for a new railway station in Morocco.

Thorough the creation of an elevated passageway that connects multiple access points, the entire structure serves as a complex bridge, allowing pedestrians to cross from one part of the city to another. Suspended above the rail lines, the intertwined network of routes combines space for transport, recreation, culture and work.
