The facade recalls a giant abstract painting: a large square white frame symbolizing stability, and enclosing an abstract black irregular mass creating dynamism within it. Total surface area: 40,000sqm. The building includes 250 hotel rooms, 100 apartments, a dining area, meeting rooms, retail area and other amenities.
