Shenzhen Qianhai Special Economic Zone, China

A design competition to masterplan two prime sites in the Shenzhen Qianhai Special Economic Zone has been won by Farrells. More than 460,000 sq m of commercial space will be provided as part of the masterplan, comprised entirely of grade-A offices. Also onsite will be serviced apartments, high-end residential units and retail outlets.
