Located adjacent to the existing Radisson Blu Hotel on the Maputo foreshore. This prominent 74 000 m² mixed-use development is designed by South African-based architectural firm DSA Architects International. The project comprises a three storey podium level of parking, incorporating 3 500m² of retail, a 20 000m² (18 storey) tower of serviced apartments and a 24 000m² (14 sotrey) commercial office tower.
