This office building represents 75% of the block, shared with a housing program. It is characterized by three main buildings on a whole ground floor, arranged in a homogeneous “comb” oriented North / South. This device offers a compact size to the entire project while generating breaths between structures: water garden at the North and hanging gardens at South.
