10 design a Hong Hong and Shanghai-based International firm has proposed the Dalian Museum,
that will set the standard for a citywide overhaul, positioned in the heart of the government district in Dalian, China.
The planning museum features a smoothly sculpted facade inspired by nautical elements of coastal town. The twisting facade of the building resemble a sea wave and seeks to become a symbol of technological progress.
The master plan will include a scientific center, a library and a recreation hall. Each building will showcase the latest in sustainable technology and green design.
