Housing 6,400 people and 26 agencies is one, 1.8 mln sq ft, $953 mln office complex for the Department of Defense, which opened in September 2011.

HKS Architects, working in collaboration with Studios Architecture and Wisnewski Blair & Associates, served as architect and Clark Construction and Shirley Contracting as design-build contractors for the project.
