First Buffalo skyscraper (Video clip)

One of Buffalo's famous buildings and an early example of modern skyscrapere architecture. Built in 1895, by Louis Sullivan, architect.

Restored in 1980s (1982?). Purchased and occupied by Hodgson Russ LLP in 2002.
