Watkins Gray International has been appointed by Fairview New Homes Ltd as architects and lead consultants for the production stage of the £70m redevelopment of a dilapidated hospital site in Colindale, North London. Watkins Gray International will deliver the approved planning scheme from Stage D through to completion. The 4.3 ha mixed tenure redevelopment will create a brand new urban quarter comprising 714 new apartments and houses, including 9 units within a refurbished and listed administration building.
