First phase of HOK's Fitzrovia development

The first phase of a new residential and healthcare scheme, designed by HOK, has been completed in Fitzrovia, London. Phase one of the development includes 26 individually designed private and 14 social housing apartments. The scheme is being developed on one of London’s historic hospital sites and includes a state-of-the-art facility for the new Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
