The restructuring of an old working class area of Oud Overdie resulted in a distinct building that enhances the residential flow within the neighbourhood. A cooperative planning process resulted in full support of existing residents for the architectural plans. These residents wanted FARO to make the first distinct building in the neighbourhood including 60 residences and 60 parking spaces.
