Dynamic Architecture, Curitiba, Brazil (Video)

This is the first building in the world to be built with "dynamic architecture", in Curitiba, Brazil, was inaugurated in December 2004.

Imagine a building in which each floor can rotate 360 degrees, completely independently of all the other floors. Imagine the possibilities, for resort hotels; luxury apartments and condominiums; and Class A office and retail space. Imagine the investment potential for an astute developer.
