The Adelaide City Council brief was for an iconic modern ‘airport’ style building forming a gateway to the city and a catalyst for the redevelopment of the Central West precinct of the city.

Architects in association, Denton Corker Marshall and Woodhead, responded to the client brief to create a modern transport hub clearly defined within inner city Adelaide. The development encompasses 18 bus bays, a public car park with 600 spaces, supported residential accommodation units and new retail tenancy.
